A unit of University Centers, the Activities and Programs Office in Davies Center administers the Artists Series, The Forum, and the UW-Eau Claire International Film Society, all funded through student segregated fees allocated by the Student Senate.

The staff also advise the Student Senate's University Activities Commission; administer and program for the upper-campus club, Higherground; and administer the programs and services of the Student Organizations Complex.

The Activities and Programs Office coordinates the Community Action and Lifelong Learning (CALL) volunteer community service program, student leadership seminars and recognition programs, commencement ceremonies, Summer Session Programs, the Viennese Ball, and a variety of special events all year long.
