Purpose of the Organization
Making child care work for the children of Wisconsin and for you. The goal is to increase access to consistent, affordable, and quality child care services. Serves Buffalo, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix and Trempealeau counties — including the Ho-Chunk Nation. The Child and Adult Care Food Program plays a vital role in improving the quality of child care and making it affordable. CACFP is a federal program of the Food and Nutrition Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, serving Barron, Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, St. Croix, Trempealeau and Vernon Counties and the Ho-Chunk Nation.
