All logos, seals, wordmarks, names, symbols and slogans associated with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire are copyright-protected trademarks and are the exclusive property of UW-Eau Claire. It is the university’s policy to commercialize its name and trademarks, and to license and sell merchandise through third-party licensees. 

The UW-Eau Claire licensing program is directed by UW-Eau Claire Athletics through Licensing Resource Group.
