Student Forms: B.F.A. Completion

Students in the Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) program for the Department of Art & Design are required to participate in a senior exhibition at the Ruth Foster Art Gallery during the semester they intend to graduate. Throughout their final semester, they must process an internal B.F.A. Completion Form to verify they have achieved all B.F.A. requirements and to prepare for this exhibition. They must initiate this form after attending an informational meeting (date will be announced in email), followed by reviewing department emails regarding the exhibition and having regular meetings with their faculty advisor.

Searching for a list of all eForms?

  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the Start New Form tab.
  4. Select the form owner's department from the drop-down menu.

Resuming a started and saved eForm?

  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the My Tasks tab to view any forms that require your input.
    NOTE: Must have clicked Save and Close for Later.
  4. Click the View Forms in Progress tab to view a form's progress that you initiated.
