Responsibilities
Responsible for providing process mapping and other business process management improvement techniques to help our clients gain efficiencies. Responsible for analyzing clients’ needs and mapping the departmental processes in their current state and in their proposed future state. This position will provide operational support and troubleshooting assistance to offices when problems occur with our collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint.
