Sean Elias is a Visiting Senior Lecture at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, teaching Race and Ethnicity in the United States. He is an author of several articles on the sociologist W.E.B. Du Bois and is lead author, with Joe Feagin, of Racial Theories in Social Science: A Systemic Racism Critique (Routledge, 2017). Building on nearly a decade of fieldwork, his current research critically addresses attitudes and behaviors of Aspen’s elite (Routledge, forthcoming).
