Jaden is applying for graduate programs, both at the Masters and Ph.D. level for Higher Education Leadership and Policy Analysis. Jaden’s terminal goal is to work in upper-level University Administration, particularly in Enrollment Management and Student Affairs contexts. Her research focuses on the first generation college student experience at UW-Eau Claire. Future implications will hopefully assess our state counterparts, with special consideration for neighboring “flagship” campuses. Through a mixed methods approach, Jaden hopes to magnify room for improvement in supporting first generation college students at UW-Eau Claire. Her research takes several approaches with lenses on policy, resources, and direct retention efforts for this population.
