Tax forms available at McIntyre Library

Visit McIntyre Library to access U.S., Wisconsin, and Minnesota tax forms! Tax forms are located near the front entrance to the building, next to the security gates.     

This year, McIntyre Library will have a limited selection of Federal tax forms: Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ. No instructional booklets will be available. A greater selection of forms has been available in the past. However, IRS appropriations were significantly cut in the 2015 Omnibus Appropriations bill recently passed by Congress, and the IRS has reduced the number of forms and booklets that it is distributing to libraries.     

Fortunately, all IRS, Wisconsin, and Minnesota tax forms and instructional booklets can be printed out for free:
