Spring 2016 planned steam, electrical outages announced

This spring's planned steam outage will occur from 6 p.m. Saturday, May 21, through 4 p.m. Tuesday, May 31. There will be no potable hot water during the steam outage — except in the following locations that have electrical or natural gas backup hot water generation equipment: Ade Olson Addition, all residence hall director apartments, Brewer Hall, Chancellors Hall, Crest Wellness Center, Davies Student Center, Maintenance and Central Stores Building, Haas Fine Arts Center, Hibbard Hall, Human Sciences and Services, McIntyre Library, Old Library, Murray Hall, Nursing Building, Oak Ridge Hall, Phillips Hall, Schofield Hall, Thomas Hall and Zorn Arena.

This spring's planned electrical outage will begin at 7 a.m. Sunday, May 22, and last for approximately 8-10 hours. This electrical outage will affect the following buildings: McPhee Physical Education, Nursing Building, Phillips Hall and Schneider Hall.
