Rogelio Encizo '10, a student services coordinator at Madison College, is featured in this month's installment of the "Engaged with UW-Eau Claire" alumni video series. Encizo returned to UW-Eau Claire to speak with students as part of a Blugold SuccessShop event through Career Services. Encizo shared his experiences as an undergraduate involved in Blugold Beginnings, challenges and learning opportunities he faced as a first-generation college student, and how his UW-Eau Claire experience led him to pursue a master's degree in student affairs and a career giving back to students.
