Dr. Rose-Marie Avin, chair of the Women's, Gender and Sexuality studies program, professor of economics, and a member of the Latin American Studies Steering Committee at UW-Eau Claire, is featured in the Blugold Spotlight video above. Making a difference through research
When Carley Owens graduates this month, she'll have a degree in neuroscience and a resume filled with research experiences. Her future plans now include earning a Ph.D. in neuroscience and contributing to the medical field as a scientist.
