Dr. Rose-Marie Avin, chair of the Women's, Gender and Sexuality studies program, professor of economics, and a member of the Latin American Studies Steering Committee at UW-Eau Claire, is featured in the Blugold Spotlight video above. Nursing alumna Jennifer Rombalski was named 2020 Person of the Year by the La Crosse Tribune for her work as director of the La Crosse County Health Department. She recently accepted a position with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
