A beautiful Wisconsin spring day greeted 1,364 soon-to-be alumni and thousands of their closest family and friends as they all got ready to pack Zorn Arena for UW-Eau Claire’s spring commencement ceremonies.

The next step toward nursing
Celina Mendoza has earned her associate degree at the UW-Eau Claire ‒ Barron County and now will enroll full time as a Blugold, hoping to complete a bachelor's degree in nursing.
Making a difference through research
When Carley Owens graduates this month, she'll have a degree in neuroscience and a resume filled with research experiences. Her future plans now include earning a Ph.D. in neuroscience and contributing to the medical field as a scientist.
