University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education announces its Supervisory Management Certificate Program course offerings for spring 2015. These two-day seminars cover 11 unique topics and are designed for managers, supervisors and small business owners to become well-positioned individuals in the workplace.
Courses can be taken individually based on personal interests and schedules, or as part of a six-course certificate if completed in a 1-5 year timeframe. Skills taught in the seminars include transitioning into a new managerial role, increased confidence as a team leader to inspire others to work toward a common purpose, the ability to overcome even the most unexpected challenges and knowledge to help solve problems and achieve the results every organization demands.
