Wisconsin Love Fest (Fighting Scot)

 

 

 

UWEC Forensics hosted the Grace Walsh Individual Events Tournament on Saturday and competed at the Fighting Scot Invitational hosted by Monmouth College on Sunday.  Both Tournaments were held on the UWEC campus and made up the first annual Wisconsin-Illinois Lovefest.  We had so many alumni come back and judge.  The team took 4th place on Sunday.  Here are the specific results:

After-Dinner Speaking—1st place—Tennisha Sonsalla 

Dramatic Interpretation—6th place—Maddy Hinze 

Extemporaneous Speaking—3rd place—Mitchell Krisnik 

Informative Speaking—6thj place —Maddy Hinze

Informative Speaking—4th place—Taylor Turben

Persuasion—3rd place—Colin Pitman 

Persuasion—1st place—Emily Shepardson
