Mr. Scott Hodek, Regional Economist with the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (and UWEC Alum), spoke to Prof. Kemp’s Applied Research Methods class today about State labor force data and the art and science of being an economist. Dr. Kemp’s class is working on next step economic development strategies in partnership with the City of Eau Claire.
