After an extensive national search, Ashley M. Fritz has been named the new assistant dean of students at UW-Eau Claire.
Fritz comes to UW-Eau Claire from Illinois State University, where she served as the deputy Title IX coordinator in the Office of Equal Opportunity and Access in the Division of Student Affairs. She previously served as a program coordinator for educational outreach and conduct investigations at the University of Arkansas. Fritz also worked for three years as a graduate conduct hearing officer in the Office of Student Conduct and the Department of Residence Life while she completed her Master of Fine Arts degree in creative writing and teaching at Mankato State University. She previously earned a bachelor’s degree in English at St. Cloud State University.
Fritz will join UW-Eau Claire on July 9.
