So you're thinking about starting a food truck. You've thought about your menu and location, but did you know you'd be joining a successful industry that's been steadily growing since 2008? You might also be interested to know that food trucks are much more than just restaurants on wheels — they also lend a hand creating vibrant communities, diversifying local economies and increasing tourism.
On Jan. 25 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel in Eau Claire, we’ll help you build a solid plan. This course, "Launching Your Food Truck Business," will focus on starting a food truck business in the Chippewa Valley, with information sources specific to the area. You also will learn how to seek out local contacts, conduct research on area regulations and find nearby business assistance.
