Mindfulness is a growing evidence-based method to combat stress, improve mental health and bring awareness to the reactions of the body. This webinar will teach you powerful mindfulness tools to help your clients reach health and wellness goals.

Let’s Make a Podcast
Nov. 5, 12 and 19, online
Podcasts offer a unique method of delivering information, discussing hot topics and learning new skills. Whether your goal is to market your business, share news and stories or just purely for entertainment, you can have a lot of fun developing your podcast. In this program, we will explore what makes a great podcast and what tools you need to make your own podcast at home.

Emotional Intelligence and Empowerment
Nov. 5-6, online
Leverage your strengths to draw out the strengths of others. To effectively lead, we must understand ourselves and our core values. This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an elective course in the certificate series.

Microaggressions and Bias in the Workplace
Nov. 12, online
In this virtual training, learn the definition and impact of microaggressions, and how to recognize and reduce them in your workplaces. You will gain an understanding of how bias affects your work or leadership experience.

Employee Evaluation and Performance Management
Nov. 19-20, online
Are you doing a good job? In this online course, learn how providing consistent, effective performance feedback to your employees is beneficial for everyone involved. This course can be taken individually or as part of the Supervisory Management Certificate Program. This is an core (required) course in the certificate series.

Creativity and Resiliency for Compassionate Care

In this virtual program, nurses and care providers will learn how to create their own method of self-care by exploring creative therapy methods. Open to all care providers, not just those who consider themselves creative.
