Students, faculty honored at College of Education & Human Sciences awards banquet

Each year, the College of Education and Human Sciences awards more than $100,000 in scholarships to students who have made outstanding achievements during their time on campus. During the annual Scholarships Awards Celebration and Reception, held April 13 in the Dakota Ballroom of the W.R. Davies Student Center, more than of $104,000 in scholarships was awarded to deserving students.

Eighty-nine students received scholarships during the reception.

"Our faculty and staff could not be more proud of our wonderful students and the remarkable work they produce both in the classroom and in the community," said Carmen Manning, dean of the College of Education and Human Sciences. "As UW-Eau Claire prepares to celebrate its centennial, we are thrilled to see these amazing students carry on the rich history of success the College of Education and Human Sciences is known for."
