Engaged employees don’t just work for a paycheck. They are emotionally committed to their organization and its goals. Creating a team of dedicated employees not only leads to a better work culture, but to better business outcomes — increased work performance, higher net profit margins, and higher shareholder returns. A workforce who cares makes good business sense.
Join management faculty Gabi Eissa, Ph.D., Ann Rupnow, M.B.A., and Rebecca Wyland, Ph.D. on Tuesday, February 27 at a free, interactive workshop to examine best practices for cultivating commitment, passion, and enthusiasm within an organization. The three-part presentation will focus on employee engagement, leadership engagement, and team engagement, with discussion to follow each topic.
This workshop is free and open to the public. Coffee and refreshments will be served. Parking is available for off-campus guests. Register here by Tuesday, February 20. For more information, contact Dr. Scott Lester, UW-Eau Claire Department of Management & Marketing.
This workshop is part of the Management Workshop Series hosted by the UW-Eau Claire College of Business, Department of Management and Marketing, and made possible through the sponsorship of PESI, Inc.
