This year’s breakfast focuses on diversity and inclusion and their impact in the workplace. A panel of individuals from business and nonprofit organizations in the Chippewa Valley and beyond will share how a commitment to diversity has benefited their organizations and our community. They will share strategies relevant to small or large organizations on how to actively recruit and retain diverse employees. Bring your questions and join the Chamber to explore how to enhance your “return on diversity.”
Panel presentation moderated by Dr. Tamara Johnson, Assistant Chancellor for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, UW-Eau Claire. Panel members include Wes Escondo, CEO, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern WI; Dr. Jim Schmidt, Chancellor, UW-Eau Claire; Pol Sorquist, Program Owner-HR Enablement, JAMF, and Pat Watkins, Executive Director, HR, KPMG LLP.
