Student Forms: Mentoring in Honors – Application

Last updated

Honors Mentors provide instruction of HNRS 100: First-Year Seminar or an Honors FYE course. Students must apply to the University Honors Program Director to participate in Mentoring in Honors. Limited to those with Junior or Senior standing. Enrollment is by permission and students must have taken or be concurrently enrolled in HNRS 400 (unless an exception is provided by the director). Honors Mentors will enroll in HNRS 410 (the one-credit course that meets Mondays at 8 a.m.) to prepare for their HNRS 100 classes and their personal development. Mentors will need to be available to teach a section of HNRS 100.
