Student Forms: Departmental Honors in Management and Marketing

Students who have declared a major in the Department of Management and Marketing (e.g., management, marketing, health care administration, international business, or business administration) may apply for departmental honors by completing this form. Students who wish to apply must have completed at least 45 credits of coursework and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Students in the honors program must attain a cumulative GPA of 3.75 and a major-specific GPA of 3.8 to graduate with honors distinction.

Searching for a list of all eForms?
  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the Start New Form tab.
  4. Select the form owner's department from the drop-down menu.
Resuming a started and saved eForm?
  1. Navigate to https://eform.uwec.edu.
  2. Log in using your university username and password.
  3. Click the My Tasks tab to view any forms that require your input.
     NOTE: Must have clicked Save and Close for Later.
  4. Click the View Forms in Progress tab to view a form's progress that you initiated.
