If a student requests to be dropped from a class that has a co-requisite, you will need to verify that the drop is approved. Contact the department for the remaining active course to make sure the student can remain enrolled without the course being dropped. If all is OK, document this and upload into ImageNow after processing.
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Quick Enroll a Student.
- Enter the student's information.
- Click Add.
- On the Class Enrollment tab, select Drop under the Action dropdown and enter the Class Nbr for the class that will be dropped.
- On the General Overrides tab, check the Requisites checkbox.
- Click Submit.
