Consensual Relationships Policy

In order to maintain academic and work environments that are free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for all members of UW-Eau Claire, this policy outlines the University's stance on the issue as well as ways to resolve it.

Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect

In compliance with Governor Scott Walker's Executive Order 54, members of the University of Wisconsin System (employees, volunteers, contractors) are obligated to report cases of child abuse and neglect they learn while working with UW-Eau Claire.

Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Policy

This policy ensures UW-Eau Claire upholds a community that is free from both sexual violence and sexual harassment. The policy outlines the roles UW-Eau Claire Employees hold in regards to sexual violence and sexual harassment, the steps taken when sexual violence/harassment happen, as well as training and assessment done for these cases.

UW-Eau Claire Title IX Policy:

In compliance with Title IX, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire does not discriminate on the basis of sex in employment or in educational programs or activities. It is our goal to maintain an environment free from harassment and discrimination. We proactively address sexual harassment, sexual assault , dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking and have established a system for the prompt and equitable resolution of complaints and grievances arising under Title IX.
