Creating an Article

To create an article in Knowledge Base,

  1. Log into Knowledge Base.
  2. Hover over Manage and click Articles
  3. Click Add Article.
  4. Enter an article title.
  5. Add content (text, images, icons, notes, etc.).
  6. Assign article to a category from the drop down
  7. If complete, check the Publish to make your article viewable to everyone.
  8. Assign your article to a reader group if you wish to restrict who can view the article
  9. Click Create Article.
     

Editing an Article

To edit an article in Knowledge Base,

  1. Log into Knowledge Base.
  2. Hover over Manage and click Articles
  3. Update content (text, images, icons, notes, etc.).
  4. Click Update Article.
