Abstract: Case files pertaining to probate of estates, descent of real estate, determination of heirships, and some criminal cases heard before the County Court in Eau Claire County. Included are depositions, motions, inventories, and other documents filed with the court. Records from 1878-circa 1919 are available only on microfilm.
Note: The microfilm consists of service copies of film produced in 1987 and 1999 by the Genealogical Society of Utah which holds the master negative.
