Acquisition Information: Transferred to the University Archives by the Chancellor’s Office prior to March 2006. Additional folder added in 2022.

Access Restrictions: Faculty Complaint and Grievance Committee files (Box 3, Box 6, Folder 19) may be viewed only with permission from the Chancellor’s Office.
