Biographical/Historical Note
The Facilities Planning and Maintenance department was created in the mid twentieth century and was charged to oversee and coordinate all maintenance and improvements on campus. This entailed building additions, facilities maintenance, grounds projects, and projects to keep the campus running smoothly. The Facilities Planning and Maintenance department worked to keep the campus running slowly until the department was reorganized in 2015.

This collection primarily contains annual reports, correspondence, newspaper articles, and other related materials associated with maintenance, improvements, and memorials at UWEC.
