Summary: This collection contains primarily memorabilia from Jeanette Gaffney Miller’s attendance at the Eau Claire State Normal School, class of 1928.  Included are passes used for dances, homecoming programs and sporting events, and the regulations for the housing of women students at the normal school.

Biographical / Historical Note

Originally from Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, Jeanette Gaffney Miller attended the Eau Claire State Normal School and graduated in 1928. She was a member of the student council, YWCA, the Pep Club. She majored in mathematics and science and was preparing for a career teaching high school.  

Content Description

This collection contains primarily memorabilia from Jeanette Gaffney Miller’s attendance at the Eau Claire State Normal School, class of 1928.  Included are passes used for dances, homecoming programs and sporting events, and the regulations for the housing of women students at the normal school.
