Biographical / Historical Note
Frank Henneman and Mollie Loew married on June 19, 1907. Early in their marriage, Frank Henneman left for the winter to work at a logging camp. Later in their life together they grew more prosperous and plans were made to add several buildings to their farm near Tilden, in Chippewa County, Wisconsin.
This small collection contains correspondence between Frank and Mollie Henneman during the winter of 1910 describing everyday life on a Wisconsin farm and in a logging camp, a hot dish recipe, birth certificates, genealogical information, blueprints for an addition to the Henneman farm, and land records dating back to 1858.
