Blugold Central: Notary Information

If you are looking to get a form notarized, you can meet with a representative with the ability to do so through Blugold Central. Contact Blugold Central to schedule an appointment. If no one is available to meet with you through Blugold Central, you can speak with someone at the US Bank located in Davies Student Center, or you can go downtown to the Eau Claire County Courthouse to get your form notarized.

Notarization always requires proof of identification, so bring a form of government-issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport. A Blugold ID card is not acceptable. Do not sign your document until you are asked to do so in the presence of the notary public.
