Athena CE Programs: Editing a Program: Info Tab

  1. Change the program manager or program type if needed.
    program section
  2. Select the appropriate contact info for this program.
    NOTE: See Adding Contact Info for instructions on adding new contact info.
  3. Enter the contact hours for this program.
    NOTE: This should be entered as numbers only, using decimals.
  4. Enter the program's event code.
  5. Select the appropriate CEU info for this program.
    NOTE: See Adding CEU Info for instructions on adding new CEU info options.
  6. Add any additional CEU info. This should only be used for information that deviates from one of the standardized CEU Info options.
    NOTE: This would be specific to a program as required by external certifying organizations (e.g. NBCC and ASHA).
  7. (Optional) Enter any fee includes information.
    NOTE: Do not include "Fee Includes" in this field.
  8. Select the appropriate cancellation policy.
    NOTE: See Adding a Cancellation Policy for instructions on adding new cancellation policies.
  9. Select the delivery formats that apply to this program.
    NOTE: See Adding Delivery Formats for instructions on adding new delivery formats.
  10. Check the appropriate flags.
    NOTE: The "Has Webinar" flag is distinct from the "Online" delivery format.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Proceed to the Registration tab.
