Social Work: Clinical Assistant Professor

The Department of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is seeking a clinical assistant professor with a spring 2022 (January) start date.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

An MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and at least two years full-time post-MSW employment in social work. Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Commitment to equity and inclusiveness and ability to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to campus. Ability to teach a broad array of courses across a generalist social work curriculum including research methods or culturally competent social work practice.  Ability and interest in teaching an introductory level social work course for both social work majors and non-majors. 

DUTIES:

Teach four courses per semester, as well as engage in academic advising and service to the university and community.
