POSITION: A full-time university staff position is available in the Advising, Retention and Career Center (ARCC) beginning May 2021. The working title for this assignment is Office Manager with an official title of University Services Program Associate. This is an expected-to-continue assignment which requires a six-month probationary period. The expected hourly hiring salary will be $20.61 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

DUTIES: The mission of the Advising, Retention and Career Center is to empower students in their academic and professional goals. This position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Center with a variety of duties including administrative support, budget management, programming support and customer service. Skillful management of multiple priorities is essential for success in this position. This position reports to the Associate Director of Career Services, of the Advising, Retention and Career Center and is a member of the ARCC Leadership Team.
The essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include ARCC Administrative functions (60%), Program Support (35%) and other duties as assigned (5%).
