Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Effective March 1, 2018, the Employee Assistance Program(EAP) vendor is FEI. The EAP program is a free, confidential service to you, your dependents, and anyone living in your household. You have access to confidential, completely private, 24-hour, 7-days-a-week counseling and online services through FEI, our employee assistance program. Any work or personal issue can be addressed at any time, and your family can use the services as well.
UW-Eau Claire Counseling Services
Sometimes it’s hard to get up the courage to talk to someone about a personal or work issue you’re facing. There are professional counselors on campus, in UW-Eau Claire Counseling Services, who are ready to listen. Up to five counseling sessions per incident are available to faculty and staff.
