2017-18 Catering Guide

Our culinary team has designed a variety of menus to fit a wide range of tastes and budgets, including regional ingredients, University favorites and specialty items. Our Flavours Catering Guide will help you through the planning process of your special event, and provide suggestions of what we can do to make your event memorable, from start to finish. Should you desire a customized menu for your event, we will be happy to meet with you to create a special menu for your specific needs.

Our goal is to provide you with the freshest selections of food items, beautifully displayed, served professionally by our highly trained staff as we strive to exceed the expectations of every single guest.

Arranging and reserving a date

Please notify our catering sales office of your event as soon as possible (even if it is only tentative) so that we can make preliminary plans to ensure a memorable occasion.

Reserving an on-campus room

Please contact the UW-Eau Claire Event Services office to book a room on campus. Once you have secured a room, please call us to begin planning your menu.

Your first step is to contact the Event Services staff at 715-836-3882 to reserve the room facilities you need. However, if you're looking to book the Hibbard Hall Penthouse or the Library Breezeway, please follow the links.

As a member of the Eau Claire Area Convention and Visitors Bureau, we can place the resources of Eau Claire’s hospitality community at your disposal. We especially welcome non-profit organizations to consider the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire for weekend and summer meetings, conferences and conventions.

Your next step is to contact the Catering Director in the Blugold Dining office at 715-836-2632.

To assure the highest quality service, please notify us at least ten working days in advance for dinners, luncheons or large receptions. For small receptions, coffees or takeout orders, five working days notice is requested. A guaranteed count is requested three days before the event.
