Meet the EDI Student Advisory Council

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Student Advisory Council serves to aid the division in understanding and improving the campus climate. In monthly meetings with Dr. Johnson, the Student Advisory Council addresses concerns that have been brought to the attention of the EDI staff in addition to bringing forth concerns that the student groups they are involved in may have. The Council will help to bring the student voice to the discussion of EDI efforts.

The goal of this Council is to aid in the cultivation of an inclusive campus environment that affirms individual and collective identities, affords all students an exceptional educational experience, and faculty and staff an excellent work experience, and promote the success of all students, faculty, and staff.
