Office of Research and Sponsored Programs
Supporting research and creative scholarship
The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs works to create a supportive academic environment for students, faculty and staff who wish to pursue research and other scholarly endeavors. Through its collaboration with the Center of Excellence for Faculty and Undergraduate Student Research, ORSP helps students understand the research process, facilitates the faculty/student mentoring process and offers internal grant funding for student-faculty collaborative research. They also provide assistance to those applying for external grant funding and direct students to internships and scholarships.
