School-based Experience

Learn while teaching

Here at UW-Eau Claire we are proud of the reputation we have for preparing our students to be collaborative educators. We value the close relationships we have within the community to provide you with the best experiences possible. Your school-based experience is a collaboration between you, your cooperating teacher and a faculty member to help you learn how to become an impactful educator.

The classroom placements around the Eau Claire area really taught me a lot. I had the chance to work with some amazing teachers at North High School, as well as Fall Creek Elementary. The entire Eau Claire experience has helped shape me into the educator I am, and I am proud to call myself a Blugold.
