Weighing your lifting options

The strength training video library demonstrates how complete various weightlifting exercises safely and correctly. Students from the department of kinesiology at UW-Eau Claire produce the videos which highlight the proper mechanics of various lifts. We hope you use these videos to improve your physical wellness.
