Biology, Teaching

Follow your passion

It takes a special person to be a teacher. If you're that person and your passion is biology, check out the College of Education and Human Sciences biology teaching major. You could inspire the next generation of biologists to help find cures and vaccines to fight disease, new drought-resistant crops to fight hunger, or help reestablish a plant or animal species to a native area and improve its environment.

Combine all the research experience, field and lab work, and study of biological life with fantastic teaching skills, and you've got a rewarding career working with young people to instill in them a love of life and biology.
