  • Help Desk
    This is your one-stop landing for all your technical needs. Trained staff will take your call or provide assistance face-to-face. If they can't solve your problem, they will pass your question on to someone who can.
  • Instructional Technology Tools for Teaching and Learning
    LTS provides consulting support, training, and technological assistance for faculty and students using technology for teaching and learning endeavors. Contact April Pierson to schedule an appointment.

  • Software Training
    • BITS provides training on the hardware and software that LTS supports. Examples include MS Excel, Desire2Learn, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
    • CommonSpot Training consists of Basics and Intermediate training scheduled directly by Gene Leisz, followed by a series of workshops scheduled through the Workshop Registration System.

  • Online Help Documentation
    The LTS documentation collection includes web-based print documentation, video tutorials, and links to good, third-party help documents.
  • ResCom Help Desk
    This group supports the computing and networking infrastructure within Housing & Residence Life.
