Returning Student Assignment and Move-In Information

Welcome Back to the University of WI-Eau Claire!


Returning students may log into their Housing Portal to view their assignment information.

Move-In Information

The Central Campus residence halls open at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, September 2nd for returning students. Classes officially begin on Tuesday, September 6th. Unless we receive word from you concerning a late arrival on campus, your space may be released and reassigned to another student after the above date and time.

To-Do Before Move-In


Central Campus Halls/Priory

  1. Review Move-In Parking Map and Driving Directions to Central Campus
  2. Review Move-In Checklist, Housing FAQ, and General FAQ
  3. Contact your Roommate
  4. Choose a Meal Plan if you have not already selected one. (Not required for Chancellors or Priory Halls).
  5. Complete the Loft Arrangement Form (one form per room, please consult with your roommate). Form must be submitted by July 1st to have room done by move-in day.
  6. Check out your assigned building Building Information

Haymarket Landing

  1. Review Move-In Parking Map and Driving Directions to Haymarket
  2. Review Move-In Checklist, Housing FAQ, and  General FAQ
  3. Contact your Roommate
  4. Choose a  Meal Plan if you have not already selected one. (Not required for Chancellors or Priory Halls).

  6. Check out your assigned building Haymarket Building Information, Furniture Information and FAQ's.

Parking

Parking is limited on campus during the academic year. To ensure fairness permits are granted by lottery. Please review the  parking lottery information.

No Longer Attending?

If you no longer plan to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, please log into My Housing Portal and click 'Cancel Application Request'.
