Message from the Dean

The University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire is known for its quality graduate programs that build on strong undergraduate programs, meet regional needs, and emphasize individual attention with faculty mentors. We are fully accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools (NCA) to offer work at the master's, education specialist, and doctoral levels. We are a member of the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS), as well as the Midwest Association of Graduate Schools (MAGS).

UW - Eau Claire offers Master's degrees in Business Administration (online), Communication Sciences and Disorders (both on-site and online), Data Science (online), Education, English, History, Nursing, and School Psychology. Also offered is the Education Specialist degree in School Psychology, and Doctor of Nursing Practice. Our graduate programs vary in format, from traditional full-time programs to exclusively online programs to evening programs and even to flexibly scheduled "cohort" programs. For instance, our nursing program offers a one day per week course schedule.
