  • A student applies for graduation through MyBlugold. This can be done once the student has earned 60 credits and should be done by the beginning of the semester PRIOR to their graduation date.

  • Graduation checks are begun after these students have registered for their last semester. Degree review staff send the student a letter of eligibility. Any requirements not either fulfilled or in progress are noted on an enclosed degree audit. While the aim is to complete these checks by the start of the student's final semester, this is not always possible.
    • A student is responsible for monitoring his/her progress toward graduation.

  • A student has 42 days after commencement to complete all requirements.
