How to print powerpoint files as lecture notes:
Click on a lecture topic. When "File Download" screen appears, click on "Save". Then save the file somewhere (your H drive, a travel drive, or disk). Bring this file up on Microsoft PowerPoint. Select File, Print. In the dialog box, find "print what". Choose "handouts", then choose 2, 3 or 6 "slides per page" depending on your preference.
