New Account Form (Academic and Administrative)

Does your UW-Eau Claire office or department need a Web Publishing Account? Submit the form below and our office will process your request. A confirmation message with account details will be emailed to you within a few days.

Faculty and staff, use the People Pages Registration service.

Note: The Account Owner is the person who will add and remove Web publishers for the site. This might be the person who makes decisions about the site, but can be anyone who will be available to change members of the publishing group when needed. Ideally, it should be a permanent staff member. See Web Account Permissions for more information.
