Web Forms

Two types of services for Web forms are offered for UW-Eau Claire campus members. FormMail is a simple forms system that gives you great flexibility in creating Web forms or surveys. However, there is no built in reporting and some knowledge of HTML coding is required.

Qualtrics Survey System

We have acquired Qualtrics, a Web survey system, that makes it very easy to create surveys. Information about this product is available at:
