Document on Using FAWAV and Audacity

Note:   The software Fawav  contains a tracing feature for spectrograms and scalograms (select Graph/Audio from the spectrogram or scalogram menu).   One example of this feature is that it illustrates perfectly the correlation between the objective percussion scalogram discussed in the paper and the perceived sound of the corresponding percussion passage.
The video demonstrations were created using this software, but you don't need it to view them.  They should run fine within most web browsers.
